The coaching initiative began with Hindi-supported learning and evolved into a dedicated English-language platform for an international audience.
Mr. Sudhir Navet started providing IFE Diploma coaching through Grade i Fire, particularly for students who preferred learning and understanding technical subjects with Hindi support. The Android application and YouTube channel were also developed to provide educational content and IFE examination information.
Since 2019, hundreds of fire professionals have been supported through the coaching initiative in their preparation for IFE examinations.
Building on the experience gained since 2019, THE IFE ACADEMY was established to provide complete English-language coaching for the IFE Level 3 Diploma and make comprehensive coaching accessible internationally.
Mr. Vipin Kumar established THE IFE ACADEMY with the objective of providing a dedicated online learning platform for fire professionals preparing for the Level 3 Diploma offered by The Institution of Fire Engineers (UK).

Mr. Sudhir Navet is a Fire & Life Safety educator and fire service professional with extensive experience in professional fire safety education and IFE Diploma coaching. He has been providing coaching for the Level 3 Diploma since 2019.
